Reliance Family Care Services was established in 2010 with the goal of helping individuals live their best lives in the community. Since then, we have grown significantly, refined our processes, and continue to evolve to ensure we are providing excellent quality of care and transforming every life we touch.

We provide Residential Habilitation and In-Home and Community Services for individuals with intellectual disability, and Home Care Services to seniors and others in the comfort of their homes.

At Reliance, we provide person-centered care. We understand that going the extra mile is what sets our agency apart, allowing us to boost our individuals’ quality of life.

Our well-trained staff have become our family and also treat our individuals like family as implied in our name. All employees work as a team with the one goal of making every life we touch better. All staff are well trained on the regulations, respect and dignity, medication administration and/or reminders, assisting with ADLs safely and IADLs, transportation to medical appointments, and so much more.

Dedicated, Caring Staff
with Standard of Excellence

We ensure that all hiring decisions are made with the utmost care and consideration. We conduct extensive background checks on all prospective employees. In order to be employed by Reliance, all nurses, home health aides, and personal care aides must present credentials indicating they have passed educational and training programs in their fields and must meet Department of Health and Department of Labor requirements. Most of our employees have years of home care experience.

Licenses

We are a licensed provider for Office of Long Term Living (OLTL), Residential Habilitation, and Home & Community Based Services and as such are required to adhere to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Regulations.
