Our residential habilitation services offer a community living arrangement (CLA) for individuals 18 and older, who may range from high-functioning to low-functioning. Each residence is staffed 24/7 by compassionate, highly-trained care experts. Your loved one will have access to a private bedroom and all amenities you would find in a private residential setting including accessibility features that ensure their safety and comfort.

RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION SERVICE

Our residential habilitation setting prioritizes the comfort, respect, and enrichment of all individuals in our care. Residents can enjoy the following services from our interdisciplinary care team:

• Outings with groups, or one-on-one with designated support staff
• Social events, fun games, and interest-based activities
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing when needed
• Training and support for employment and life skills
• Advocating for medical needs
• A caring, empowering home in which they can thrive!

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Individuals and their families seeking residential habilitation may apply for a waiver issued by the state of Pennsylvania, which follows broader Federal guidelines.
